Important information for all tenants

We provide you guidance and information free of charge and ensure through your tenancy we remain available to guide you through any occurrences which may arise. Holding Security:
A holding security is paid in order to take any selected property off the rental market. It is then retained for you as a tenant, while the referencing procedures take place. This holding security comes off the balance amount that is due on the day of moving.
Holding Security: 1 weeks rental
Month's rental advance
On the day you move into the property you have selected, we will take 1 month's rent in advance. Note that all your monthly payments will also be in advance.
£rental value
Deposit
The day before your move we will request your monthly payment and your deposit. This deposit is protected under the Deposit Protection Custodial Scheme - DPS. The deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rental

Fees
There are NO fees applicable to tenants.
Vacating in the fixed term
The tenant is liable for the rental and property until an agreed release date is made between all parties or tenants are identified and move in
