Searching for Rental properties?

When we search properties for tenants we ensure we listen to their requirements but also work with our expertise to ensure we are meeting the landlords expectations and needs. From our managed properties to private lets we will help you find the property you desire.

There are no tenant fees applicable. Tenants are expected to pay 1 months rental in advance with 5 weeks rental as a deposit. To secure a property we take 1 weeks rental as a holding deposit in order to retain the property whilst we complete referencing, etc, however, this is then taken off the total due at the move in.
